We at In Thee Doghouse cater to those interested in getting them self's a well mannered and tempered family dog.  We have very high and strict guides
for purchasing a dog from us.  Please read our purchasing agreement below so you understand that we don't cater to animal abusers, fighters
and mean people in general.

Purchase agreement for American Bulldogs
bought from Homer Swackhamer c/o intheedoghouse (the Breeder) and _________________________________________(the Purchaser).

The Purchaser shall agree to the following conditions:

1. No dog purchased from the Breeder will be used for fighting or any other illicit sport, or activity.

2. The Purchaser agrees to have his/her dog spade or neutered and will send a photocopy of the veterinarian bill including the veterinarian’s name, address, phone number and the clinic name within six months of picking up the dog.

3. The Purchaser agrees to give his/her dog all of the necessities of life including food, water and a caring and loving home.  The Purchaser also agrees to follow the vaccination chart provided with the dog and will send proof of vaccinations within six months and any other veterinarian care necessary.

4. The Purchaser agrees to provide safe and secure living quarters and to have care and control of the dog at all times.  The dog will not be allowed to run at large.

5. The Purchaser agrees that no dog sold by the Breeder will be given away by the Purchaser to any animal shelter, humane society or dog pound.  In the event that the dog no longer has a spot in the home of the Purchaser for any reason at all, the dog will be brought back to the Breeder at no cost to the Breeder.

6. The Purchaser agrees to allow the Breeder the opportunity to visit, photograph and inspect the dog in the future to improve the Breeder’s breeding program.

7. The Purchaser agrees to show photo ID, valid address and phone number to the Breeder

8. The Purchaser agrees that if any of these conditions are not met or broken, the Breeder will reprocess the dog and/or take legal action.
